today, i'm thankful it's friday.
i'm thankful it's only 5 something, & we're already bathed & in our pjs, ready for bed. (& yes, that
is toothpaste on my chin)
i'm thankful for my husband, who gets to enjoy a baseball game with the boys tonight. he makes me laugh 'til i cry & then i forget why i was crying in the first place (spencer pratt makes for a few hilarious jokes ifidosaysomyself).
i'm thankful for my 3 year olds, who so graciously forgive me when i act like an impatient nincompoop all week (& they laugh at my jokes when i'm not even funny, so hey).
i'm thankful for my friends who will laugh with me (& at me) when i am inconsolably crying for no good reason at all, who listen to me when i can't even understand myself, & who will meet me for lunch half way across the world just to give me a hug & an
it's gonna be okay smile.
i'm thankful for my mom who will always hang out with me even when i'm not enjoyable to be around (she'll pretend that i am & bring me back to my happy place)
i'm thankful for a God who loves me even though i fall short all the time. i'm thankful that when i am weak, he is so very strong.
i'm
so thankful that tomorrow is a new day & i can start all over with a brand new attitude. thankyoulord for
that.

thanks for the encouragement! and your comment totally made me smile;) i often struggle with blogging because i don't want it to be a place of bragging. i want it to instead a place of sharing life's events and most importantly, what God is doing in our lives. looks like you have a pretty awesome family yourself. i can't imagine having twins, but it looks like you handle it pretty well!
