an impromptu interview on being SIX.

today my girls turned SEVEN. seven! so, naturally, i had to interview them on their last day ever being six. they are goofy, and lovable, cuter then all heck, and so darn fun. i can't even stand how old they're getting. tear. why do babies have to get big?! we love them.

well, i've been meaning to make this video ever since.
we just celebrated our 9th anniversary (pics coming soon!),
and it had me reminiscing on all the fun trips we've taken together.
maui, san fran...and newport beach this weekend.
oh, that boy, big or small, he sure knows how to spoil me.

one of those days where you want to push pause if only for an hour. thankful for this family of mine. and thankful for warm days in january that have me longing for summer.

i mean, come on, i did get most talkative my senior year of high school.

i have a feeling we are in for many lessons on shutting our family yappers in the near future.

ps. you don't have to watch this whole [5 minute] video. not like you would anyways if you didn't want to, but still. the pooping part is pre-tty funny. she just kept talking & talking [and then breaking to poop] & then yelling at me in her little language. i couldn't get enough. and i want to remember her this little forever. she'll prolly kill me for this later. hi, 16 year old eden! mommy loves youuuuu!

summer recap.

oh, summer. i'd ask you to stay forever, but i'm too tired of your 100 degree weather lately. it makes me grumpy. just ask my kids. so buh-bye now. move along. scoot. scadaddle.

thank you for being so wonderful while you lasted though. you really were good to us this year.

i better post this before our marriage turns 9 years old.

baby's napping. tim's at the gym with the girls. and i'm here catching up at home. feels good. love lazy, cold, snuggly days like these. and love reminiscing on good times with my favorites. 8 years [10 if we include dating days] of life with tim by my side. life is an adventure with that guy. i wouldn't have it any other way. love that boy with my whole heart.

i digress.

mom pushes the wrong button.
LOUD alarm goes off.
like, really loud.
everyone and their mother stares.
hotty totty worker lady comes out with a good eye roll.
so annoyed, she was.


we fled the scene.
fast.
[and embarrassed the heck out of my sister]
and laughed 'til we peed.

moral of the story-
they don't like babies in hollywood.
they like dogs.

dog bowls- everywhere.

stroller ramps? zilch.

we don't belong in hollywood.

we're too ghetto.
