kindergarten, take two.
1. i feel like i'm getting pretty good at this whole 'drop your kid at school' thing. i only teared up once today. and that was because another kid was crying.
2. how old do my girls' look this year? OLD. i seriously think they grew a foot over summer.
3. yes, repeating kinder this year. it'll be good for everyone :)
4. ellie's making the same face this year, as in her preschool pic. makes my momma heart smile. hehe.
5. audrey has the same princess backpack as 10 other kids in kindergarten. darn you, target, for only making one princess backpack this year.
6. this morning, trying to hold the tears back, audrey said, 'i'm really nervous, mom.' are you kidding me? dead. on the floor. i hate having to watch my kids go through the nerves of life. i mean, i know it's good for them, but still. gets me every time. (she was totally fine when i dropped her off though. phew!)
7. i'm so proud of them, i could pop. i mean, look at my little 3 pound preemies! aaaah. no crying. no crying.
8. KINDERGARTEN! 3+ hours of freeeeeeeeeeeeeedom!!!!!! well, kinda. just me & eden. i'm not allowed to happy dance yet. [too soon. they'll think i'm a terrible mother. bhaaa!] BUT OMGOSH!!!!!!! just a tad excited. i think i need to celebrate at target. or starbucks. or...one of those places that moms like to go. heh.
happy back to school, everyone!
does that mean this awful summer heat gets to go too?

welp, this is ollie's 3rd year of preschool if it makes you feel better. it's best for everyone:)
and target is so rude for not making another princess backpack. they are also rude because they were out of mini staplers AND red pens...which were on finn's teacher's list. and i had to pay $1.02 for a small bag of m&m's. triple rude. but. my heart still belongs to target.
