a few weekends ago, we got to go to tim's station to celebrate the END OF PROBATION!
(yes, that deserves all caps.)
we have waited quite a long time for this day, and it is one that will forever be etched in my brain.
one long, hard, wonderful year. full of God's grace & mercy. full of trials & triumphs.
and suddenly, just like that, the year has come & gone.
here we are.

i dreamed about this day many times.
what it would look like.
what it would feel like.
if we would even get there.
and let me tell you,
it felt pretty dang GOOD.
watching tim in his element, in that uniform, surrounded by his family & coworkers, felt surreal.
amazing. weird. crazy. a dream!
but, PRETTY DANG GOOD.

i can't imagine this year for you, new babe, girls first year in school, tim going through probation....wow girlfriend if that wasn't refinement, i don't know what is......
