confessions & random pictures of life.

1. i have left the same tupperware in the dishwasher for month(s!), hoping it will get the spaghetti stain out with just. one. more. cycle. (oh, you know you do it too. pleasetellmeyoudoittoo!) lazy much?

2. i bathe my kids maaaaybe once a week. (mom, just plug your ears & la!la!laaa!) for such a germaphobe, i totally mom-fail this one. why is it so much work to bathe kids?! i'm sick. i know.

3. i tried to cut a+e's hair the other night. and with just one snip there was no going back! but their auntie joy is on bed rest now so who's gonna cut their haaaair? not i, said the pig. not i, said the cow. i shoulda said no too.

doesn't get much cuter than a baby turban.

4. i fired myself from working in a+e's class. have i told you this story already? my mom works there every tues (so cute, right?!). and i tried to go once ('cause the girls always beg me too), but i just couldn't do it. first of all, there was snot. lots of it. and second, we had to cut things out for an hour. 2 hours felt like 10 million. yawwwwwn. and it smelled in there. so i fired myself from going back. maybe i'll do better with the older kids? there's still hope.

picture of ganny. such the ar-teest.
my lorieloo came to visit. and i miss her already.

5. i am a horrible cook. and i never ever like my own meals. i can follow the recipe to the tea (tee?), and it's a guarantee i won't like it. it never tastes the same as my moms. why? i didn't inherit her gene. poor husband. poor kids. poor me.

audrey & the neighbor in their mermaid costumes.

6. are you bored yet? 'cause this is really fun for me!

mr. leprechaun came to visit. we never caught the lil' green sucker.

7. i'm a pillow fluffer. when you leave my house i will prolly put my couch pillows back where they belong & fluff them up. but i'll prolly wait until you can't see me in the window anymore. i mean, i don't want you to think i'm weird or something. *sarcasm* another gene inherited from my mom! gee, thanks mom.

look, ganny! a bath!
she completes me. good for my soul!
karis hates this pic, but look at my new blue shoes! they make me happy.

8. sometimes i'd like to pick up & leave my life here (with my family, of course). i used to be such a free spirit, but having kids makes me more routine (a good thing! i promise!). but when my (hot!) husband sends me pics of himself running the bluffs of santa monica, oh yeah. it kicks in.

if you say 'let's laugh!' and start fake laughing, it'll turn into real laughing forever+ever. so fun. try it!

9. i am so blessed. that's not a confession. just the dang truth. sometimes (as i'm snapping pictures of myself in the car in tim's beanie! bahaa!) i have to stop and thank God for this life. sometimes, it's hard. and sometimes i'm confused at all the crap that gets in the way. most times i'm a spoiled brat that whines way too much. but holymoly, i need to pinch myself more! cause molly! look! this is your life!

thank you Jesus for this life you have given me. thank you. thank you. and thank you some more.

p.s. if you're on instagram, my blog just got all-the-more boring to you. pete, meet repeat. HAH. land hoooooo!

Wait you have time to give Eden a bath but you cannot take your tupp out of the dishwasher?! :) you could just toss your kiddos in the dishwasher and wa la...sparkly clean girls! Ha!
I hate showers for myself...to much time! Usually go 4 days without washing the hair but I do bathe everyday...
Yes I tease you about your dishwasher but I do the same darn thing...I'm worse though cuz sometimes I only unload half, refill and wash again!
Love your crazy, unbathed children, wearing Tim's hat, blue shoe life!

I love this post and all the pics.

Baby girl only has one cute bow (from you). I need her to have more felt and flowers. Where do I find this stuff?

i love you. and all of your confessions.
im laughing over here, because i totally just put roman in his crib, he fell asleep in the car and he is FILTHY from playing at the muddy park. little dirty boy, pshh.
i wish i could come over and hang out while our dirty kids could play, and while we eat frozen pizzas because we wouldn't cook, duh.
ohmy, and i totally forgot,
i have a white bowl that's been in our dishwasher for almost two weeks, because there is oatmeal stuck to it that just won't come off, and i just cant be bothered with scrubbing it by hand.
ok, i must go waste time being unproductive while roman sleeps :)
and, please. stop making eden grow. she's at that PERFECT stage. cutest thing EVER. :) xoxo

Perfect post for me to read this morning! Thank you! :) You always make me smile, Molly. (By the way, only two months until the boys are official, Yay! Can you believe we've been SMFD people for a year already?! Now to get M on C so we can all hang out...)

Now I think I'm going to copy you and do a refreshing confession post of my own! <3
