some things.

1. we had quite a rough weekend. audrey got the stomach flu. [tim was working. i know.] it was so sad. never seen my baby so sick before. needless to say, when tim walked in the door sunday morn, he swooped her off to the ER for some fluids & zofran. i stayed in bed all day long to recoop. and it finally hit me that i have THREE kids. three kids that depend on ME no matter what. and sometimes that requires not closing your eyes once the entire night as you hold a bucket near your baby girl. and it sometimes means your rock of a husband will be at work when it's HARD. but i did it!!! barely. okayimdone.

2. tim surprised me with a new rug for christmas. so thoughtful that guy. i'm in love. [with the rug + him. duh.]

3. every time i walk by these crocheted mushrooms, i smile. a friend [ehem, heathergetablog*cough] made them for karis' shop, and i bought those babies faster than i could blink. so happy, those lil' mushrooms make me.

4. i think 5 is my favorite age so far. okay, i say that every year. but hello! my fridge is so much fun every day! today we're sporting a boat and mr. martin luther king himself.

 5. confession: i never make my bed. ever. i did today. with clean sheets and everything! [even though our bottom sheet ripped a huge hole and so our top sheet is currently our bottom sheet. confused? me too.] ahoy!

 6. we visit the dairy a lot. and i let my kids play in the poop pile. so what.

7. confession numero dos: i let eden sleep in my bed. a lot. and i LOVE it. especially when tim's gone. but even when he's home he wants her there too. and she loves it. and she's spoiled rotten. okay, there. i said it. she's the baby and she definitely knows it. like just now, i laid her in her crib to snooze and she wouldn't, so i laid her in my bed. and bam! asleep! GAHHHHH. i just die over her. how did i get so lucky?

 8. currently the song all i can say by david crowder band is killing me [in a good way]. i have it on repeat as i type. [spotify is the BEST, right?!] my heart right now is that song. ...this is all that i can say right now, i know it's not much. this is all that i can give. that's my everything...go listen. you'll cry. just warning you.

9. my mom turns SIXTY this thursday. SIXTY. wut. i love her more than words can say. and i can't wait to celebrate her in hollywood this weekend! chateau marmont heeeeere weeeee commmmmme!!!
[and it's melinda's birthday this week! and alison's! and my father-n-law too! YAY!! so many happy birthdays!]
