bragging rights.

my husband is the BESTEST! this wkend, he took me on a surprise getaway for valentine's even though it was HIS birthday wkend! :) i had no clue where we were going, but he told me to dress up and pack an overnight bag, including my bathing suit?! huh? so i got an overnight babysitter (thanks melinda & karen!) and we were off on our much needed adventure!

we ended up at DISNEYLAND!!!! wahoooooooooooooooey!!! tim thought it was the perfect romantic getaway for us because that is the place where we fell in love (aaaahhhhh) and spent a lot of time when we were dating (and it's the happiest place on earth, duh!)

for dinner, he took me to this awesome japanese restaurant, then we changed and headed to the park for some rides and of course, our favorite, the new orleans clam chowder bowl :) the next day, it was gorgeous out, so we decided to head to the BEACH!! the beach with NO BABIES is a dream come true for me...probably my favorite spot to be in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!! we had so much fun just laying out, walking around, eating a huge slice of pizza, and then getting my favorite, bubblegum icecream! it was the BEST to have tim all to myself for two whole days! there, i'm done bragging! but isn't tim the BESTEST??!!
